Description


This resource will help students to understand the basics about shares. Students will learn how the share market works and investigate through a simulation which companies to invest. Students will need to have an understanding of statistical literacy and knowledge that aligns with Level 5 of the New Zealand curriculum to collect and understand share market information.

The resource have two parts.

  • Part 1: Investing in shares lesson activity
  • Part 2: Group project for investing in shares simulation.
